CollagePress Terms of Service

License and use

CollagePress is licensed, not sold. You may use the app only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.

User content

You are responsible for the photos, documents, and other content you import, print, save, or share through CollagePress. Only use content that you own or have permission to use.

In-app purchases

CollagePress offers a one-time lifetime unlock through Google Play Billing.

All purchases are final. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Google Play Store, except where required by law.

The $19.99 payment unlocks premium features for the supported version of CollagePress that you purchased. It does not guarantee that the app will work forever on every future version of Android, iOS, or any device, operating system, app store, or third-party service.

Google Play Billing processes the transaction. Your access may also depend on Google Play purchase validation, restoration, and availability.

Third-party services

CollagePress may allow sharing to or interoperability with third-party services such as Instagram and Google Photos. Those services are controlled by their own operators and may change, restrict, or discontinue compatibility at any time.

Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Google Photos is a trademark of Google LLC. CollagePress is not affiliated with or endorsed by either company.

Disclaimer of warranties

CollagePress is provided by NeverAnAd as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverAnAd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or device functionality arising from or related to use of CollagePress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total liability of the developer for any claim relating to CollagePress will not exceed the amount you paid for the app's lifetime unlock.

Safety disclaimer

CollagePress is not for use in life-critical, emergency-response, aviation, industrial safety, medical, or other high-risk situations. NeverAnAd is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from app failure.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of CollagePress after an update means you accept the updated terms.
