License and use
CutoutPress is licensed, not sold. You may use the app only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
Your content
You are responsible for the photos and other content you capture, import, edit, save, or share through CutoutPress. Only use content that you own or have permission to use.
No guarantee of perfect cutouts or metadata detection
Background removal quality depends on subject visibility, lighting, motion blur, device hardware, and operating-system behavior. Metadata stripping is intended to remove GPS and EXIF information from regenerated files, but you are responsible for reviewing files before sharing when accuracy matters.
Disclaimer of warranties
CutoutPress is provided by NeverAnAd "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverAnAd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or device functionality arising from or related to use of CutoutPress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Safety disclaimer
CutoutPress is not for use in life-critical, emergency-response, medical, legal-evidence, identity verification, or other high-risk situations. NeverAnAd is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from app failure, image-processing mistakes, or metadata stripping errors.
Compatibility
Device updates, operating-system updates, and third-party platform changes can affect availability and behavior over time. Use of CutoutPress does not guarantee perpetual compatibility on every future Android version, iOS version, device, or service.
