License and use
PaperLens is licensed, not sold. You may use the app only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
Your content
You are responsible for the documents, photos, receipts, notes, and other content you scan, import, save, or share through PaperLens. Only use content that you own or have permission to use.
No guarantee of perfect recognition
OCR accuracy depends on document quality, language, lighting, device hardware, and operating-system behavior. You are responsible for reviewing extracted text before relying on it.
Disclaimer of warranties
PaperLens is provided by NeverAnAd "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverAnAd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or device functionality arising from or related to use of PaperLens, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Safety disclaimer
PaperLens is not for use in life-critical, emergency-response, aviation, industrial safety, medical, legal-filing, or other high-risk situations. NeverAnAd is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from app failure, recognition mistakes, or scan-export errors.
Compatibility
Device updates, operating-system updates, and third-party platform changes can affect availability and behavior over time. Use of PaperLens does not guarantee perpetual compatibility on every future Android version, iOS version, device, or service.
