PDFPress Terms of Service
1. License and use
PDFPress is licensed, not sold. You may use the app only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
2. User content
You are responsible for the PDFs, images, and other content you import, modify, save, or share through PDFPress. Only use content that you own or have permission to use.
3. Flattened exports
PDFPress may export flattened PDFs in order to preserve visual page order, compact output, and visible redactions on-device. You are responsible for verifying that the exported document matches your needs before sharing or relying on it.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
PDFPress is provided by NeverAnAd "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverAnAd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or device functionality arising from or related to use of PDFPress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Safety disclaimer
PDFPress is not for use in life-critical, emergency-response, aviation, industrial safety, medical, legal-filing, or other high-risk situations. NeverAnAd is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from app failure, editing mistakes, incomplete redaction, or compatibility issues.
7. Compatibility
Availability and compatibility may change over time due to future Android, iOS, device, app-store, or third-party platform changes. No purchase or download guarantees perpetual compatibility on every future device or platform version.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PDFPress after an update means you accept the updated terms.
