Camera, microphone, and media access

TimingGrid Pro Race uses your device camera to preview, capture photos, and record race video inside Race Session features. If audio recording is enabled by your device or session flow, the app may also use microphone access while recording video.

Captured media is saved to your device storage, including your Camera or DCIM folders for raw race video and your Screenshots or Pictures folders for overlaid race snapshots, depending on the feature used. The app does not intentionally upload your captured race media to NeverAnAd-operated servers.

Information stored on your device

TimingGrid Pro Race stores settings, timer sessions, lap data, saved sessions, race-session configuration, queued capture metadata, and unlock state locally on your device so your work can reopen correctly.

Your app information is saved locally on your device and is not shared with NeverAnAd, except for purchase information handled through Google Play Billing.

How captured race media is used

Race photos, start snapshots, lap snapshots, finish snapshots, and recorded videos are used only to provide the capture, overlay, export, and sharing features inside the app. NeverAnAd does not operate a cloud storage service for those files as part of the app's normal behavior.

You control whether those files remain on your device, are shared to another app, or are deleted. Any third-party app or operating system service you choose for sharing or backup uses its own privacy practices.

Payment processing

If the app offers paid features, Google Play Billing handles financial transactions. NeverAnAd does not store your credit card information on its own servers.

Google Play and related payment providers may collect and process billing, transaction, device, and account information to complete purchases, renew subscriptions, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy terms.

Sharing

When you export or share race media, the files you choose are handed to the destination app or operating system service you select. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.

Data we do not intentionally collect on our own servers

TimingGrid Pro Race does not intentionally transmit your session data, race captures, saved settings, exports, or credit card details to NeverAnAd's own servers.

NeverAnAd does not intentionally collect your raw race videos, overlaid snapshots, lap lists, local timer data, or private device photo library contents through developer-operated backend systems as part of the app's normal use.

Children's privacy

TimingGrid Pro Race is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through developer-operated servers.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of TimingGrid Pro Race after an update means you accept the revised policy.
