License and use

TimingGrid Pro Race is licensed, not sold. You may use the app only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.

User content and captures

You are responsible for the session data, lap data, race media, exports, and shared content you create with TimingGrid Pro Race.

You are also responsible for obtaining any permissions, consents, or approvals needed to record or share video, audio, photos, or participant information in your jurisdiction or event setting.

In-app purchases

If paid features are offered, purchases are handled through Google Play Billing. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Google Play Store, except where required by law.

If Google Play offers one-time purchases, subscriptions, trial access, or promotional access for this app, billing, renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refund handling are governed by Google Play and the terms shown during checkout.

Disclaimer of warranties

TimingGrid Pro Race is provided by NeverAnAd as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverAnAd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, media files, or device functionality arising from or related to use of TimingGrid Pro Race, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total liability of the developer for any claim relating to TimingGrid Pro Race will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable purchase, if any.

Safety disclaimer

TimingGrid Pro Race is not for use in life-critical, emergency-response, aviation, industrial safety, medical, or other high-risk situations. It is also not represented as a certified, official, or legally authoritative race timing or officiating system.

NeverAnAd is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from app failure, capture failure, missed laps, incorrect timing, lost recordings, delayed saves, export problems, or reliance on the app in official adjudication or safety-critical use.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of TimingGrid Pro Race after an update means you accept the updated terms.
