TimingGrid Terms of Service

License and use

TimingGrid is licensed, not sold. You may use the app only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.

User content and sessions

You are responsible for the session data, names, exports, and shared content you create with TimingGrid.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

TimingGrid may offer a lifetime unlock and recurring subscription options through Google Play Billing.

All purchases are final. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Google Play Store, except where required by law.

If you purchase a monthly or yearly subscription, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by Google Play and the terms shown during checkout. You can manage or cancel subscription renewal through your Google Play account settings.

The lifetime unlock removes the TimingGrid paywall for the supported app you purchased, but it does not guarantee that the app will work forever on every future version of Android, iOS, any device, any app store, or any third-party platform or service.

Disclaimer of warranties

TimingGrid is provided by NeverAnAd as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverAnAd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or device functionality arising from or related to use of TimingGrid, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total liability of the developer for any claim relating to TimingGrid will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable purchase.

Safety disclaimer

TimingGrid is not for use in life-critical, emergency-response, aviation, industrial safety, medical, or other high-risk situations. NeverAnAd is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from app failure.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of TimingGrid after an update means you accept the updated terms.
