Overview
NeverAnAd provides CodePress. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles user and device data. The app is designed to keep user content local unless the user chooses to export or share it.
Data We Access Or Store
- Camera access is used for live QR and barcode scanning.
- Saved code payloads and preferences stay on the device unless the user exports or shares them.
- The app does not require an account, advertising identifier, analytics service, or remote sync by default.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to provide the app features requested by the user, such as scanning, generating, exporting, saving, or remembering local preferences.
Sharing
User-selected exports and shares are sent only to the destination the user chooses through the device share sheet. We do not sell personal information.
Security
The app uses platform-provided storage, permissions, and sharing controls. Users should keep their device and operating system protected with current security updates.
Retention And Deletion
Saved codes and preferences remain on the device until the user deletes them or removes the app. The user can delete local app data through in-app controls where provided, by clearing app storage in the operating system, or by uninstalling the app.
Children
CodePress is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can help address it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, data practices, store requirements, or laws change. The updated policy will show a new last-updated date.
